Tony Jeffries, the best Light heavyweight contender in the world!

There's just one thing that's getting in the way
When we go up to ring, you're just no good, it's such a shame

It's not fair and I think you're really mean
I think you're really mean, I think you're really mean
    Oh, you're suppose to care
But you never make me scream, you never make me scream

Oh, it's not fair and it's really not okay
It's really not okay, it's really not okay
    Oh, you're supposed to care
But all you do is take, yeah, all you do is take

Then I remember all the nice things that you ever said of yourself
Maybe I'm just overreacting, maybe you're a real contender

There's just one thing that's getting in the way
When we go up to ring, you're just no good, it's such a shame
    Oh, you're supposed to care
But all you do is take, yeah, all you do is take

Right. Good enough to win a bronze at the olympics and only lose to the winner of the previous commonwealth games. Must be ****.

Hope toney settles down with his new trainer and isnt one of those fighters constantly changing trainers, think he will learn lots technically from brookes and will get good sparring but ultimatley its down to him to apply it, good luck to him

This just shows the difference between olympic style boxing and real boxing. Olympic style boxing is kind of acting, pretending in my mind and professional boxing is real boxing. In amateur boxing you need to show the judges "hey, look I landed a shot, give me a point", it does not mather who REALLY wins the fight, it´s all about acting to the judges. In professional boxing you do damage and you can´t pretend that, it´s real.

Everyone can see that Jeffries is nota REAL fighter, he is a pretender. His style looks "nice", but he is not really good. He don´t do no damage.

And I know... Its not fair.

;)If tonys new trainer he has any sense, he'll work very hard on tonys defense, because when he boxes his stance is to wide, he's square at the shoulder, can't see punches from the outside, he suffers from prefight anxiety, not relaxed enough to show variety, the american trainers will improve his lot, enable him to show what he's got' to claim a world title WBU, IBF, WBC, WBA, from a draw with bambula is a very very long way, an olympic bronze its very majestic, though his hopes for titles should be kept domestic.;)

And Tony is also jumping to his opponent. Everytime he tryed to punch Banbula he just jumped right to him and Banbula had a easy job to tie up him. And Jeffries seemt to have no power in his punches.
