Morales had a lot of trouble making 130; when he fought Chavez, he made them wait a long time before he weighed in because he was in the toilet working off the laxatives they had stuffed him with to make the weight. He beat Pac and lost to Barrera at 130, but neither he nor Barrera were ate their best at 130. Lopez started at 130 and he , too, eventually had trouble making the weight. In my opinion he was better than Jesus Chavez and I think that he would give Morales everything he wanted and more. But Morales liked to fight and it would be a good fight. I don't think, however, that Morales could hurt Lopez, not nearly as much as Lopez could hurt him.
