    Groove, your film clip brought back great memory's for me. I saw Tony Madigan lose a SPLIT decision to Cassius Clay in the Finals at MSG in I believe 1960. I think that Madigan and Clay boxed once before [1959] in Chicago. I, and my dad after watching the LH Clay scoot around the ring,
    never ever envisioned Cassius Clay becoming a Heavyweight champion in years to come... Madigan was a helluva amateur who also had Hollywood looks...Cheers.:good

    Hard to believe this guy had a long modeling career after a beating like this.

    p.s. thanks for footage of one of our unsung heroes in Tony Madigan. A real success story and apparently one hell of a decent guy
