    The use of PEDs in full-contact combat sports should be a felony. In other sports, the only physical harm done is to oneself. In boxing, the use of PEDs allows one an advantage and to inflict greater damage on another.

    Mosley's a confessed cheat so there is no disputing that he used the cream. Margarito's denied knowledge and use of loaded gloves, so there is a possibility, however remote or unlikely, that he is innocent.
