Just a question, why 'paper' belt? Froch is at world level, Groves is challenging for a world title, Degale has won the Euro title & is taking on international opponents, Anderson dropped the belt, Magee is fringe world level. So domestically it's fair game and Paul won the vacant strap.
Its a paper belt because he won it against Dobson. Dobson is a fella that gets smashed about by brick layers and plumbers the same weight. A fella who cuts my grass give him a good seeing to the other day and hes half a stone lighter.
