i was in a Y.O. and some of the boys there on kidnapping charges were doing 8 9 years

Not really. Bomber's talking sense. It's crazy but guys in Britain are getting out of jail after only 8 years for murder these days. Its crazy.

Not defending the guy, personally don't give a ****.

However- your mrs goes out all the time, your having a particularly **** time and your in a foul mood-in your head you think she might be cheating, Your mrs is desperate to go out and one night you stop her. Things get physical. Is that kidnap?

Again not defending Salem but that kid venebles had videos of a little girl getting raped and had previous for murder and he got 2.5 years. One of my mates was killed by someone and the guy went in in january and was out by christmas.

 

I fully agree, Our justice system is a ****ing disgrace!!! Venebles should have been sentenced to death for what he done, It proves he should after coming out of jail and going into child porn!! I'd love to get my hands on that ****!!!! I mean jail is't even what it used to be anymore.. Your talking mobile phones,computers the lot!! I know lads in nick and there in touch with all there mates on a daily basis.. They actually have a laugh Im told!!!

I knew Tony Salam and his mrs so I am very shocked at all this to be honest. Last time I saw them together they looked very much in love and she was pregnant.. Just goes to show, You think you know someone and you really don't...:-(

 

The Venables stuff is a disgrace. How can he be allowed another identity when he's a convicted child murderer and now a convicted Peodophile :fire. He should either be locked up for life or be sentenced to death. The public need protecting and he should pay for the horrible crimes he's commited. Instead, he'll be out in a year with a brand new identity and loose on the streets again!!? ****ing joke.

As for Salam, sounds a shocking crime but seems a bit harsh when compared to the likes of Venables' sentance. I guess 6 years for what he did would be correct if Venables had got, say, 20 years. **** know's how they work out what crime carries what length of time you spend in the nick? Seems like a lottery draw.

A lad at my work got 3 months inside for not paying his council tax!! No wonder prisons in our country are full. They're mostly full of people who shouldn't be in there!

 

Not defending Venables but they get new identities to stop people from throwing their own lives away when they go after them on some revenge or false justice trip.

 

Yeah, I realise part of it is to stop normal people doing something stupid if they ever find out who it is etc etc.

The point is, a convicted child killer and convicted peado, will be once again let out and hidden in our society.

It's not right. Which is why he should be locked up for life.

 

I think they should be locked in the Miggy Arms for a day.

That's far worse than 2 years in the Slammer.

I don't want to be patronising but until you've had kids yourself, it's hard for you to understand the emotions involved.

Paedos and the likes of Venables just need exterminating.

 

I was talking to someone the other day about the justice system here and he was saying how money is valued more than life. Dudes will sometimes get like 10/12 years for stuff like tax evasion, fraud, etc but kill somone and often you get less.

 

I reckon Big Lil's would have also been in the running
