All of this light punching Toney stuff...:-(

How many guys have KOd Holyfield, ever...???

Sam Peter went 12 with KLIT and got cracked by the Dr. Glass Hammer plenty of times, yet he says his toughest fight was James Toney.

If he tanks in the ratings, why does he have so many fans, Suge?

Good size and he seems to have power but I checked out his record and he hasn't been in with anyone of note yet. Haye would be a huge step up for this kid right now. Maybe he should start off with someone like Tye Fields.

Dude, don't insult my boy "Nino" like that!! he is ready for any top 15 guy right now...all he needs is the opportunity. I have seen this guy fight several times, and he is the real deal!! Power, handspeed, chin, stamina...he is the total package!!

He doesn't...at least not in the states.

...really all of us clowning on the internet aren't even a drop in the bucket. He's trying, I've seen him on the news...the charity stuff...but he's not widely known here. I don't deny his status overseas, but I don't live there.

...if you showed most people a picture of him, they wouldn't know who he was.

Are you kidding me? I live in the states and most boxing fans that I know are fans of klitschko.

Dude, can you smell what you're shoveling?

Wasn't meant as an insult. The best name on his record is Marcus McGee, how is he gonna be ready for a guy like Haye? ****, put him in with Monte Barrett or Kevin Johnson. He needs some more time before he is ready for a top 15 guy.

So you're claiming Toney hits harder than Klitschko? Sorry bro, I couldn't agree with you less. Holyfield was old, slow & shop worn by the time Toney got to him. Ibragimov KO'd an even older, slower & more shop worn version of Holy and most people don't consider Iggy's punch to be that big.

You're probably right about having him fight a guy like 2 guns first...but, there's no way Monte survives this guy's power.

I'm telling you, it's only a matter of time before everyone hears of "Nino" Rodriguez!!

Did you link to his promo?

In the words of Nacho Libre...take it heeeasy.

Talking about the general public...like how the general public knows him overseas, he's a celebrity right...???

Where do you live exactly that most fans you know are fans of the KLITschkos...I've met one fan in my life, he was an old Russian Jew and he didn't even know Vitali from Wlad, he referred to them collectively as "The Russian."

Most non-boxing fans don't know who James Toney or Samuel Peter are either. They do know Rahman since he KO'd Lewis & of course they know Tyson & Holyfield.

That's completely different...the general public in the states doesn't even watch boxing!!

Unfortunately, boxing is in that gray area in the US...it's too brutal for the liberal media and not brutal enough for the younger fight fans. This is the reason for the sad state of boxing in America!!

He seems like a good guy with some skills :good Not quite ready to jump that far up in competition. Baby steps are better in the long run.
