Apparently taking place in the 22nd of March in Turkey provided Solis makes the heavyweight limit. Who wins.

Thompson will show up in relatively good shape, and will be motivated... Solis on the other hand will gorge himself on food, and have a half ass training camp. I really don't get why so many on here and elsewhere hype Solis.... Maybe at one point he had some potential, but right now he's a complete joke and should NOT be taken seriously. Solis looked god awful against Leif Larsen and Konstantin Airich for crying out loud! This one won't even be remotely competitive, Thompson by wide decision or maybe even a mid-late stoppage.

As down as I am on Solis, I don't know, this is close to a toss up. I'll ride with TT.

If Solis can keep it remotely close Oner will make sure he gets the nod.

    Rooting for the Toiger though.

Excellent fight, really looking forward to this. I'll go with Solis by stoppage or decision.

TT will turn up highly motivated and beat Solis. Then look for a title shot at the WBC.

Solis should win this one, but my concern is that he hasn't fought a southpaw in quite some time and Thompson is just about as awkward as southpaws get.
I'm not quite as confident picking Solis here as I was when Solis-Johnson was announced, but I believe that he understands what's on the line and will do enough to get the nod against Tony.

Solis is an overweight disgrace with a brittle temple and glass knee. No wonder his handlers chose a 42 year old opponent.

With Thompson's age and Solis' talent this should be an easy call-Solis by decision.

The problem is Solis loves being overweight and doesn't seem at all motivated. I think a veteran like Thompson takes advantage of Solis's lack of effort and wins a decision here.

solis -100% sure...solis' only loss is to vitali...and most ppl know that if it werent for the knee that wouldve shaped out to be a good fight...regardless of solis' weight...unless his kness snaps he isnt losing...

Solis wins this, big gap on skills even with him being lethargic.

Forget about Solis showing up under 250lbs, it's just not happening, but I think his weight is a little better and under control under Pedro Diaz.

I feel that Solis picks 'injury' or something.
