Roy did test positive. And Mayweather has been subjected to the same tests as his opponents. And the Mayweather/Cotto stuff is an unconfirmed rumor so if you have some proof that the legal teams don't have, please present it.

Because the UKAD asked for info and prior medical records and he refused to provide them during the several month appeal process.

If he had been subscribed that substance for high blood pressure for over a decade... then he would have had the medical records and certainly would have shown them when asked.

He also apparently popped for the Pulev fight.

 

Indirectly that counts as "cheating", in the sense of taking a shortcut, yes. Not exactly the same as taking steroids to make yourself into an ubermensch, though. Or do you really equate them?
