Anyone know exactitudes on his training regimen, say for his Bonecrusher match? How much road work did he put in? What sort of meal regimen was he on? And his napping, what kind of napping did he do?

His road work consisted of rising off the couch to walk to the toilet to take a ****.

He hired Lou Ferrigno to help him get "in shape" for the Tyson fight.

Was Tubbs in decent shape for the Bonecrusher fight ?

228 1/2 lbs for Smith, decent, but definitely could've been better.

Tubbs was a screwup.Probably ran a couple of miles down to the Pizza Hut, where him and his boy Greg Page probably shared a couple of Meat Lovers Pizzas.

At least he never tried to fool anyone. The proof was in the pudding (which he later gobbled up) when he was born a member of the "Tubbs" family.

His training regimens were probably no less eventful than anyone elses, but his problem was his caloric intake. The man just couldn't stop eating, and most of his meals consisted of junk. I heard somewhere that he was pretty busy in the gym though. Incidentally, he sparred with a 46 year old Muhammad Ali, shortly before facing Tim Witherspoon in 1986.

King was offering a $50k bonus for Tubbs if he came in under 235lbs, but Tony's trainer kept that secret from him as he selfishly planned to keep the extra money for himself.
When Tubbs discovered this, he purposely came in over 235lbs (238lbs).

What the hell was Ali doing sparring at 46 with Parkinson's?

Ali sparred quite a bit in the 80's from what I understand. His opponents knew to take it easy, but then again, there is only so much you can ease up in the ring.
