    I'd love to know how that fight played out. I think Tubbs was a real good boxer, very slick also, but I think a prime Young would handle him. UD

    Pretty much even but I'll go with Young as he pulled off the big W more often.

    Both guys could box, that's for sure.

    I never saw the '83 fight, but, I gotta assume a young Tubbs schooled a washed-up Young over 10 rds while pitching a near shutout over 10 so-so rds of tactical jabbing and posing..... YAWN! I seriously doubt that Young was a threat to Tubbs in 1983..... Cheerio....
