Two Towers going at it. Place them in a neutral ring/ref scenario, tho I don't think Fred did too much rough-housing or the like. But no handcuffs and a decision will be rendered after the full 12 rounds. Who would you bet the mortgage on... prime 4 prime!?
I can't really say for sure since I haven't seen Fred Fulton. He was probably quite good in his day, but he was chinny. Tucker had flaws but he was decent enough all-round and had a good chin, so I'd pick Tucker to KO Fulton sooner or later.
I've never seen Fred Fulton in action. comparing records however, I'm leaning towards some of the opinions of the those who question his chin and have gone with Tucker.. Incidentally though, Fulton was an impressive specimen in his day. 6'61/2" and about as lean and muscular as a man could be. He must have been an impressive sight especially in those days.
Tucker was an early version of a super heavyweight who could fight. If Steward had a bit more experience with that model, perhaps he could have won 1 or 2 more key fights. Fulton has a shaky chin. Unless he lands some serious quickly, he's losing via TKO or KO
