AJ is bulked up, there's no way he matches TT's hand speed.

Yea I remember HBO had to put their foot down after he fought a guy named jimmy Ellis, then he fought that pretty brutal fight against Alex Stewart (another guy who I'm sure foreman saw as kind of a walkover after he was destroyed by Tyson and KOd by Moorer).

Would of been cool if Foreman had fought some different guys around this time (I'm thinking Mercer and Witherspoon). I don't think Tucker ever happens because he's with King.

Tucker would have definitely had a chance of beating old George imo.

Bowe and Lewis were far better than Tucker by the time Foreman beat Moorer, Tucker was shot by that point.

Tucker`s handspeed was too slow v Douglas until Buster gassed and Buster used the same guard as AJ with the right hand always protecting the jaaw from hooks, Tucker couldn`t finish a helpless Douglas he didn`t have the power to stop AJ, he looked really poor v Douglas up till the last couple of rounds of that fight.

I never said Tucker will KO AJ, I just think he will outpoint him.

Tucker and AJ are practically the same size.

Almost the same height and reach.

    Tucker fought between 220-240 pounds.

AJ has never weighed 270 pounds.

His best weight is around 240 pounds.

It would never have been a mismatch, and certainly not a size one.

Tucker weighed 220 v Tyson that was his peak, AJ`s lowest weight since becoming champ was 237lbs, Tucker did not look big, but did have the same reach.

Yeah. There wasn’t much between them at all.

Tucker has always been listed as being 6’5, and you can use his fight against Lennox as a gauge.

If AJ is agressive enough to keep TNT on the defensive (very doubtful IMO), he might wins this.
But i see AJ doing good early on, then he gas out and Tony finish him a la buster Douglas.

Tucker didn't really stop any highly rated opponents aside from Douglas. It seems pretty unlikely he could stop AJ when he couldn't stop guys like Broad and Norris

Bowe, Old Foreman and Lewis ducked Tucker (Well, Lewis only agreed to defend against TNT after finding out TNT broke his hand again) and all 3 guys, including Holyfield, ducked Tony Tubbs as well.

Tony "TNT" Tucker and Tony "Trinitrotoluene" Tubbs were avoided throughout the 90's. They even ducked one another in fear of having to face...each other...
