Cammarelle deserved the nod over Joshua (on my card it was 17-13 under the amateurs' then-extant scoring protocols) but it was at least close. Yoka over Joyce is supposed to be a much worse robbery, no?

Yes, Cammarelle clearly deserved to win but it was close. Savon also deserved a win over Joshua in that Olympics.

Have to be honest and say I've never actually seen it. I lost the love for Olympic boxing after attending in Sydney and finding the judging less than fair.

 

I though it could've gone either way, Body shots aren't counted the same way as they are in the pros, and that's a lot of what Joyce was landing. The judging for Yoka's fight with Hrgovic was far worse.

 

Me too. I saw some live fights at London 2012 and the judges would make Adelaide Byrd look good.
