Afternoon lads, looking*for advice from one of the nutrition experts: I had some mackerel for dinner last night and was gonna have the left overs for dinner tonight, but when I was out an about earlier I had a tin of Tuna. Is this too much over one day? I usually have mackerel once or twice a week as well as a tin of tuna once or twice but never on the same day. Sorry if this question has been asked before.
my friend had a problem with erection because of too much fish cans. maybe this is too stupid, but he said so after he reduced to few tins a week it was better
