how can it be irrelevant???? when we are talking about to much weighs vs too much running FOR BOXING.... if we had the same argument for shot pot or basketball different story but we are TALKING FOR BOXING....
It doesn't matter what it's for, "shot pot", basketball, football, long jump, whatever, the question is ******ed from the get go. "too much running vs too much weight lifting. No matter what it's for, training too much of anything will be detrimental. How can you not understand this? The question is entirely pointless and stupid. Also, you're talking about training energy systems and weight lifting. I don't need first hand boxing experience to train these systems, just a basic knowledge of the stresses the athlete is put under. I'm not giving technical boxing advice, therefore my boxing experience is irrelevant. Are you really that dense you can't understand this? I'm sure a 10 year old would understand this by now. You're just embarrassing yourself now carrying this on. I'm glad people are finding it entertaining, though.
