Too Much Water?

    i find water helps tremendously with my appetite and also with that sluggish, cant be bothered moving feeling i get around 4 oclock every day.

    Wow...... People don't want to earn anything theses days...........discipline and hard honesty work in the gym! Your fooling your self with therese fads

    11 litres of water weighs around 24 lbs, stop drinking so much and you will drop weight pretty much immediately as you wont be carrying around so much water in your system.

    diet drinks have artificial sweeteners and they are made with chemicals that could have a negative health impact on your body with long term use.
    I read somewhere there's evidence that sweeteners contribute to weight gain.

    Very good chance you could be diabetic if you find yourself constantly thirsty and unable to quench the thirst even after drinking water.
