    Why isn't Toney atleast in honarble mention on anybody's list, he did beat Jirov when he was undefeated.

    I do not think helps the sport to rate a fighter with his proven drugs history. If boxing is to evolve you need to rid the sport of these people. And this comes from a person who rated Toney, very, very highly a few years back.
