Just trying to get some opinions. I'm not gonna post one because I currently know virtually nothing about this division.

Hatton is no.1 by default (just like Mayweather when he was the champ at 147, though he did not fight anyone of note back then).

No.2 and 3 is a toss-up between Bradley and Kotelnik.

No.4 is Holt followed by Witter.

No.6 must be Malignaggi, followed by Torres.

No.8 I would say is Alexander...and 9 to be Urango.

And at 10 I have Ngoudjo.

Ok, but did he fought PBF at 140? I don't think so - but still my error, you've got a point.

Hatton's last quality win at 140 was Tszyu...

If you look at the IBO rankings, you will see that Hatton is 22-1 against top 50 opponents.

That ain't bad IMO, to say he has had only 46 fights.

    5. Witter
    6. Malignaggi

    10. probably Urango, but Aranoutis, Peterson and Alexander could fit here just as easily in this weak ass division.

Isn't Judah back down there now?

I'd still fancy his chances against anyone at 140.
