'athletic' is so vague as to be nearly nonsensical.

^ Might as well be. Carl Froch wins despite his athleticism, not because of it.

Ray Robinson has to be at or near the top.

If you're talking about the best athletes currently in the sport though...

    Pacquaio
    Martinez
    Mayweather
    Wladimir

Stevenson and Rigo seem to be pretty good athletes too, but it's very difficult to define exactly what you mean.

The most explosive guys in the sport seem to be Judah, Martinez and Pacquaio though. However, Martinez like Judah, is on the decline.

how do you distinguish between an overall most athletic list and a p4p? need to break it up into different areas of athleticism to even have a conversation about it.

Does the fact that he is slowfooted, slowhanded, awkward and somewhat uncoordinated compared to most of his opposition not mitigate that a bit? When I hear the word athletic, I don't necessarily think of stamina and physical strength. Which I'm sure Froch has plenty of, but he was bullied around the ring by Andre Ward quite a bit.

Ali, SRL, Meldrick Taylor, Pacquiao, Roy Jones, Sergio Martinez, guys like that is who I think of.

Athleticism is rather ambiguous. Are we talking physique, stamina, fleetness of foot or hand, recovery ability, power, reflexes, etc. I'm going to assume you mean fleetness of hand and foot, and or reflexes. These athletic attributes tend to have an aesthetically pleasing attribute.

    Rigondeaux
    Floyd
    Lomachenko
    Martinez
    Pacquaio
    Khan
    Crawford
    Garcia
    Judah
    Stevenson

    no particular order
