Took the PHD and fouling scandals beside...he is still a H2H monster: conditioning, legs, handspeed, agility, distance controlls, timing, punch selection, counter ablity, combinations...everything on top level. Awesome complete skill set. + He can adjust his style. Also look at his record. How many good opponents he boxed. And he was competitive vs all of them. You can easily put him on 3-5 H2H imho.

Holmes and Liston would be next probably. Holmes struggled too often to be top 10 H2H and got destroyed by Tyson so I put Jimmy Young over him because of the Foreman win. Put Young over Liston because the good performances with Ali and Foreman suggests more clearly hes on that level than Liston who never beat or fought well against anyone on the list. Beating up Patterson, Machen and Folley aren't things I doubt the rest of this group could do.

Usyk v Fury winner will not be joining this list though theyll be in the group thats close. If Fury wins he doesn't have the power to make the fullest use of his size if Usyk wins he doesn't have the size or proved enough.

Bowe didn't prove much but in H2H he didn't prove he couldn't do much either. After 3 feel everyone in the top 20 or so blends together and Bowe has the highest potential ceiling by not proving much.

Ur obsessed…let it go. Let it go. U don’t understand there r certain attributes in boxing that don’t involve height and weight that r beneficial. I won’t turn this post into a Marciano post we have a ton of those. On a side note I’d add Usyk if not for him still fighting
