    I think Emile Griffith should make the list, he dominated in the 60s with practically no power.

    at 130 through 135 he was at 140 he was ok:good

    Great fighter, but at the weight he's at now he has showed little power. At 130-135 he showed power, your right.:good

    the question asked is highest p4p or top elite fighters with no power..

    I can put Raheem in the list but hes far from elite...

    You have to balance your list

    The question is ALL TIME...there are many fighters to choose from in history who don't have near 70% KO ratios.

    What's wrong with that? :lol: He was the only one who came to mind.

    He was elite, he has only 20% KO. ratio. Of course he had some power but he relied more on his skills.

    But we know the situation and it has to be taken into account. PBF has little power when fighting men who outweigh him by 10-15lbs on fight night. Very few fighters would in that situation.

    Neither were known as power punchers and both had very low KO percentages.
