Just how you guys would rank'em. I'm basically saying the best from 1994 to 2009. For example, Pernell Whitaker was in decline by 1997 so I wouldn't put him on this list. I'm talking about fighters who were at their peak during this time period. My List: 1) Roy Jones Jr. 2) Bernard Hopkins 3) Floyd Mayweather Jr 4) Marco Antonio Barrera 5) Evander Holyfield 6) Manny Pacquiao 7) Felix Trinidad 8) Erik Morales 9) James Toney 10) Lennox Lewis
1. Roy Jones Jr. 2. Floyd Mayweather 3. Manny Pacquiao 4. Bernard Hopkins 5. Lennox Lewis 6. Shane Mosley 7. Oscar De La Hoya 8. Evander Holyfield 9. Tito Trinidad 10. James Toney

I was about to respond with my own list but when I saw Barrera 2 notches above Pac and Morales is way down below, forget it.
i'll admit i don't know as much on Barrera and Morales careers. I watched some video and read up on them. I know they belong in the top 10 4sho. That said, Pacquiao is def. gonna be among the top 4 when he retires. But this is a different generation. This isn't Hopkins, Jones, Barrerra, Morales, Mosley, Lewis, de la hoya's generation.
Leaving off Whitaker and Holyfield because they were not prime during the period, 1. Roy Jones 2. Manny Pacquiao 3. Bernard Hopkins 4. Floyd Mayweather 5. Lennox Lewis 6. Oscar De La Hoya 7. Felix Trinidad 8. Marco Antonio Barrera 9. Erik Morales 10. Shane Mosley There's not much between Hopkins & Mayweather, or the last 4.

I don't know about including Holyfield past 1994. He had his wins over Tyson but not much else and alot of setbacks
