    So we're half way through the 2010's. And it seems to me the quality of fights dropped significantly when comparing the 2000's vs the 2010's.

    I could be wrong on that but I feel like we haven't had our Barrera-Morales, Gatti-Wards, or a Corrales-Castillo type classics in the last 5 years.

    Maybe I'm just being cynical...so help me out If you had to list the best 10 fights in the last 5 years what would they be?

    By best I mean FOTY quality type fights.

    Bradley-Prodnikov & PAC-JMM IV stick out in my mind but what else has been out there?

    I really enjoyed Mayweather Maidana I, not sure if its top ten in the past 5 years but hey.

    + I hear that Matthysse vs Molina and Guerrero vs Kamagae were fine dust ups too this year. Not sure it's fight of the year material, but I recently saw Gonzalez vs Estrada from 2012 and it was very good.

    Pac-Marquez 4 is the highest calibre war that I can remember. Has to be that, too much skill and elite level action with a ridiculous ending.

    Fight of the year so far has been Matthysse-Molina and I dont think its been too close. (Though I havent seen the Salido fight I heard was good)

    Marquez vs. Pacquiao IV
    Bradley vs. Provodnikov
    Rios vs. Alvarado I

    These are the 5 i would go with, the Pac-Marquez IV is without doubt the best and most significant fight of the decade so far.

    1) Pacquiao vs Marquez IV (welterweight) 2012
    2) Victor Ortiz W12 Andre Berto, (welterweight) 2011
    3) Brandon Rios vs Mike Alvarado(Light welterweight) 2012
    4) Tim Bradley vs Ruslan Provodnikov (welterweight) 2013
    5) Amir Khan vs Marcos Maidana (Light Welterweight) 2010

    A couple of others that could have made the list are:

    Lebedev vs Jones (Cruiserweight) 2013 - Would have made Top 5 if not for Positive test of Jones.
    Groves vs Froch - Unfortunately the ending takes away from the rest of fight.
