We agree that Jung Koo Chang was not a top 20 flyweight. Left over stuff but common ground was found.

 

Given that Chang wasn't a flyweight, I'm sure that's the norm.

 

Oh he fought at flyweight some, there just wan't success. If you a pound for pound fighter in your mid 20's ( As Chang was ) a 4 pound jump from 108 to 112 isn't too much. The truth was the competition was better at 112.
