    1. Roberto Duran
    2. Eder Jofre
    3. Carlos Monzon
    4. Alexis Arguello
    5. Pascual Perez
    6. Panama Al Brown
    7. Antonio Cervantes
    8. Eusebio Pedroza
    9. Nicolino Locche
    10. Roman Gonzalez

    Honourable mentions:
    -Ernesto Marcel
    -Ismael Laguna
    -Victor Galindez
    -Rodrigo Valdez
    -Santos Laciar
    -Betulio Gonzalez
    -Happy Lora
    -Hilario Zapata

EDIT: I amended my post three times because I couldn't get the last two spots right. Had Galindez, then Locche and then switched Gonzalez to 10. Honestly, Marcel could be in there just as easily as well, as could Laguna... or Betulio Gonzalez ... or ...

Numbers 1-4 are rock solid and I'm happy with the order too; 5 and 6 are no-brainers; 7 and 8 deserve their places in this top 10 without question.

I had him on my 11-20 list....but I didn’t try to organize those like the top 10. Bassa deserves to at least be mentioned.

Did we forget about Julio Cesar Chavez? I'd put him in the top ten.

What would this list look like from Super middle to heavyweight?

Nobody forgot Chavez or any other Mexican fighter - they just weren't included as part of Central America.

I noticed Henry Maske was missing from the list, which was a surprise.

As dogged as ever in your pursuit of inexactitude, I see.

I'd tell you it was Mike McCallum from Jamaica but you'll no doubt have some spurious reasoning for why I'm actually wrong and yours is the correct spelling.

Careful, he'll probably correct your spelling...that it's really "Masque" according to the Morrocan Farmer's Almanac.
