Thoughts? The number 1 is definitely number 1 is my opinion. Not a bad compilation, could have done with the Rumble in the Jungle though.

I think i've seen this, i haven't just watched it but number 2 is Hearns and number 1 is Marciano i think. Number 2 should be number 1 for me though.

I luv this vid, i'm gunna watch it.

I luv how at the end it shows the images that last in the memory forever, the celebrations that are unique to each man and only that one moment in time.

Ali knocking out Foreman was a great as an event, because it was so unexpected and so dramatic after the beating he took on the ropes.

But realistically, if that was a knockout was done under other circumstances by anyone less than the greatest, it would've been rather mediocre. Sure, the right hand connected cleanly and Ali being ready to throw another right while Foreman went down was cool, but Foreman was down mostly because of exhaustion while he was being counted out.

Great conclusion and unexpected result of a fight? No doubt about it. One of the best knockouts? Far from it.

For me, Lewis vs Rahman II is the best because it's just perfect. The SICK sound, Rahman falling down asif shot (wearing the crown).... it had everything.

It's a good list, but it's hard to limit it to just ten. Like most of you, I've seen plenty of devastating knockouts in a meaningless fight where the names of the fighters have long been forgotten.

BTW you might wanna change the Thread title.

Greatest Kockouts ever is misleading, and might stop normal heterosexual posters from checking this thread out. Not me though;)

I agree with what Pontius said. Lewis-Rahman II is the greatest KO ever!

What a pile of ****, Marciano-Walcott has to be the most overrated KO in history, no way that was better than SRR-Fulmer, Hearns-Duran, Jackson-Graham or Lewis-Rahman.... no way.
