    Gatti was great but doesn't crack my top 15, Hell I missed Briscoe and Chacon...and I know he is not ahead of them...at least on my book

    maybe he takes into account those guys were good fighters and actually won against good fighters, arturo wasn't.

    I will say this, I will not take any of the ones of my list to put Arturo Gatti, he was tought, and I for one appreciatted what he did in the ring, but for my taste, I would say Chico was just a tought and guts and actually was a better boxer all around...for current boxers, hell I would put Holy before GATTI ALSO

    This does belong in the classic section....you can tell by the answers that clearly no recent or active boxer can make the list, that just wouldn't make sense :roll:

    I like Arturo and respect what he did...but lets face it Gatti was not an A calyber boxer, never was he was , for lack of a better word, a hyped job by HBO becuase he was a gamer...yet...other boxers from our era would ahve to be considered before him
