wlad is a much bigger puncher than Vitali

Vitali is more likely to stop their common opponents, but that is just because he is more effective and harder to fight. Steward has Wlad jabbing and holding all the time. Pre steward he was a pretty big KO artist.

I also like rafael marquez, he has good power in both hands, even his jab is solid.

Pavlic has decent power, but I am not sold yet that he is top 5 punchers out there.

Darchinyan definately has good power too. He is an arogant little **** with poor defense, but his power is good. Reminds me of Hamed in many ways.

By having Manny in there, you are saying P4P best puncher.

Therefore Vit-Klit can definitely not have the best power, since he landed flush on Peter numerous times and did not KO him.

    Wlad a similar argument.

Israel has power but KOs through accumulation

Big punchers i've seen recently in no particular order:
Darchinyan who relies totally on power.
Prescot landing on glass chin means his power is unknown. :yikes
Miranda has power but lacks skills to land and avoid getting flattened.
Raf Marquez had decent power even before he moved up in weight to fight Israel V.

Manny Pacquiao is not a puncher, specially not at Lightweight, even less at Welter.
He is nowhere near the top 10.

Rafael Marquez, Jorge Arce, and Vic deserve high spots.

He may not have huge one punch power, but he has proven that he can take out opponents with just one punch. He doesn't have to wear them down necessarily. As a matter of fact he's definitely the more dangerous fighter.

Haye, when he lands a clean punch they always in trouble. Some fights his jab seems to hurt them.

3/5 are accumulation punchers. They hit hard but don't send people to sleep with one. Look at each of their most recent fights; Vitali jabbed Peter to death, Pavlik landed a ton of bombs before Lockett quit and Pac beat the crap out of Diaz before ending it.

Abraham and Haye are the two biggest hitters for me. I discount people like Miranda that just swing their whole body into a punch; anybody can hit hard throwing looping haymakers.

    1) Arthur Abraham
    2) David Haye
    3) Pacman
    4) Paul Williams
    5) Ricardo Torres
    6) Kermit Cintron
    7) Wladimir Klitschko
    8 ) Kelly Pavlik
    9) Nate Campbell
    10) Michael Katsidis

Honorable mentions go to; Vitali (he couldn't K.O Peter legitimately, still not sure whether the power's still there, though the skill obviously is) Mikkel Kessler; Carl Froch; Edwin Valero; Jon Thaxton; Israel Vasquez; Juan Manuel Lopez (can see him being a very destructive puncher, the snap on his punches will carry up in weight IMO)

I have been around both klitschko brothers for 3 1/2 years. They both hit HARD, but Wlad has just a touch more power IMO
