As a Patterson lover, you can't throw out the Ingo 2 shot. Out like a light, bleeding out of his ear, right leg twitching. To paraphrase Foster after KO'ing Mike Quarry. "I thought he'd killed the boy".

Videos like these never stick to one criterion. The filmmaker always feels the need to pander to the historical crowd, or include famous knockouts or knockdowns at the expense of more worthy but obscurer examples. This particular video is a really awkward mess of genuinely brutal knockouts (Tua, Jackson, Hearns, Rock) and completely unimpressive nonsense that happened to involve a historically important figure. What's the standard being used here?

If the video's true aim was to depict what the filmmaker saw as the hardest punches thrown in fights then they'd need to involve one or two shots at most, occur against a resilient opponent, and result in an instant KO. Those are the bare minimum criteria necessary.
