    he also has fought 1 time in 19 months and that was against optional matt skelton. i penalize for holding a belt hostage. valuev though far from top notch has been active and shown some improvements

    im not usually one for dropping a champion very far if he gets dethroned, but peter didnt just get dethroned, he got outfought, outboxed, schooled up, beat up, then quit.... it would be more forgivable if he went for broke one round before he quit... but he straight up got owned. Not sure if i can place him in front of guys like arreola or even ruiz...
