I'd put Arcari and Perkins above Hatton.

Same here. Mind you, I'd have Billy Graham, Tippy Larkin, Buddy McGirt, Kenny Lane, Carlos Hernandez, Frankie Randall and maybe even Saoul Mamby ahead of Hatton at 140 - guys that no one seems to talk about at the weight. And that's to say nothing of the likes of Carlos Ortiz, Sammy Angott, Bob Montgomery, Beau Jack and Ike Williams who could also legitimately be included at the weight.

Surprised no one has mentioned Meldrick Taylor though. He should definitely get a mention before the likes of Hatton and Pacquiao.

Benitez is too low. No way Pac over Benitez, historically at the weight, H2H, however you want to slice it, no way.

:patsch Ortiz is way better than Loi

Ortiz won the world title at LWW and defended it afew times and could be argued to be a top 3 H2H fighter at LWW

Perkins should be on there for sure.

    Pacquiao? Based on one win?
