You still haven't backed up your opinion. Since Lomachenko will move up, Santa Cruz have likely become the #1 at featherweight if he beats Frampton. Undefeated with wins over Mares, Frampton (hypothetical), Martinez, Mijares, Terrazas, and Morel.

So explain, why he wouldn't have an argument to be put over Canela?

Not in this world should Canela be over Estrada. Estrada's victory over Viloria is better than anything on Canela's resume.

Canelo has wins over some main stream opponents like Mosley, Cotto, Khan, you're not going to like these names I've listed and are probably going to say Mosley was shot, and Khan was a WW, But they're still known to even Casuals. And we're still competing at a pretty high level

With Leo, the only main stream name on that list was Mares, the rest nobody even knows, so the Cotto win still holds more clout, making his resume imo( disagree if you will) Greater.

    Yes, even Cotto.

Estrada is in a more competitive division. You clearly don't know a lot about the lower weights.

I sure do, but where was Viloria rated on the p4p list in 2013?

I have to agree with this. The lower weight divisions are a lot more competitive than anything in MW or even WW. And besides, did Estrada have any advantage over his opponents like Canelo did with his big name opponents? Canelo's opponents are only that, names with a big asterisk. (*Catchweights, fighting WW's, shot fighters, etc...)

    Great list btw :)

So you're rating wins based on how well known they are? Huh, here I thought I was arguing with someone credible. I'm just going to keep moving from here. I think someone else should take the time to explain to you how rankings work. :good

Yes Estrada is in a more competitive division and the fight everyone want to see is against Gonzalez in the rematch. Factor in Inoue into the mix and we have some real superhighway in the smaller divisions. But as of right now, I have to say Canelo ranks higher than Estrada for the moment.

I'm talking from a "Casuals" point of view, only the hardcore fight fans know who Terrazas, Morel and kilo are, but based off that murderous row, I can't help, but to stand by what I said. Lol

You dont have to be a genius to see why Canyellow isnt on that list and your comparison was **** Mayweather for all his faults never did the **** Canyellow did, having Canyellow there would be like having Bowe ranked in the top ten HW's after he threw his belt to the garbage to duck Lewis. I dont know about you but i have some standards and i dont reward or rank fighters who make a mockery of the sport and most important a mockery oout of us real boxing fans.:good

Mayweather was not forced to defend his Jr. MW title against a mandatory for over two years.

Otherwise you bet your ass he would vacate over accepting to split even 70/30.
