    think I understand what you mean by the all or nothing principal basically you are saying the power comes from standing up on the toes or the balls of the feet,therefore by using your feet to lift up your body. there's no reason to lift weights while you're lifting your own bodyweight.
    But when I fail to understand is why touching and feeling should replace weight training.I realize that weight training to you is as bad as wall sits.however they say the best exercise for boxers is the shotput because it's mimicking the same actions of a boxer.

    Feet should be slightly wider than shoulder width. Important; be sure to never cross over your legs when moving left or right.-ironglovesboxing

    Who says that, about the shot put. Also you need touch and feel for movement, thats what movement is based on. Whats the toes issue on your toes youre going nowhere same as if you didnt have any. I said on the balls of feet. If youre on your toes your heel is too high, if its on the floor whats that indicate. :D

    Prat. I was doing that stuff 40 years ago, so whats new. He is explaining if you are not aware, what we have been talking about, :rofl Touch and Feel.
