This may be the weakest excuse he could possibly come up with. 5. Defamation suit Floyd will will refuse to fight Pacquiao unless Pac drops his defamation suit against him. 6. Will claim Pac never agreed to the full testing Now this is the sentiment I sense coming from Karceno and the Mayweather minions. They are already saying Pac is lying, that Arum's statement is all BS and that Pac never agreed to take the tests. This tactic was used by the Mayweather camp in round 2 of negotiations and has been effective as Floyd fans have also used this excuse. 9. He would rather fight Amir Khan than Pacquiao Amir Khan will accept the USADA demands, or any other demand by Floyd, therefore Floyd will choose the younger, more vulnerable Khan over a fight with Pacquiao. This is a megafight that would generate a large sum for Mayweather, a megamoney fight without having to fight Pac. 10. well this is not really a ******* thread, just every possible excuses Floyd could come up with I've exhausted every possible scenario on my list, even you have to concede that.

If Pacquiao wants his blood tested out of the US, one of the best doping control laboratory in the world is just outside of Montreal (laval). They did the testing for the winter olympics in Vancouver. I would not be surprised if they get the job.
