LOL I like how everyone is ratting on his list when a P4P list is totally subjective. He gives reasons for his picks, he uses proven merit, displayed skills, fighters abilities and fighters potentials as his reasons for his picks - more than I can say for most people who seem to just use personal preference it seems. It's really rich coming from a bunch of cockheads who probably had Christian Mijares in theirs 8 months ago... If you got a problem with it, explain why and lets see yours and your reasons. He obviously has an agenda as a trainer as well. If he uses his profile to get the fights he wants, ****en kudos to him. All you would do the same.
For #6 p4p in the world? Yes. I'm one of his biggest defenders, at least on ESB, and that's just flat out wrong.
You guys have to admit though, Freddie really does things his own way and doesn't care what other people think.
South Americans Eey :think Marquez=mexico-North america. Calderon + PR-no way south america at all it's an island Cotto= look above PW(i assume Paul Williams) He is black and a american. Geography is not your strong suit :good
It's clear that Roach's list is entirely comprised of his top 10 fighters of today regardless of weight and resume.
Ican say I was lured into this topic via its name & that your list is crazy. . Amir Khan and Edwin Valero don't deserve to be mention in that list.
You're definitely right about the fact that Pac will never face him. Guzman is a tough stylistic match for anyone. But more so than that, Guzman doesn't deserve a fight with the p4p king. His once rising career is now on downward spiral. I said this the day he couldnt make weight vs Campbell that he will likely never get that big fight he desperately craves. Besides Pac is not coming back down to lightweight. A couple more fights at 140-147 and he will retire. Pac is only seeking big fights now if you haven't noticed. No time for small fish who can't even make weight. A fight vs PBF, win or lose, would be the perfect retirement fight for Manny if he's really serious about hanging it up.
