I think...and this is a guess, he is still pursuing the Cotto point.

Personally I think its a tossup of toughest comp over the last 2 years between Margo and Cotto.

Still I fail to see if that should prove his point vs Dawson rightful place in the top 10(imho).

Cotto as only been there less than a year. Cotto fought Judah, Urkal, and Quintana.

Margarito since 2005 has fought Cintron, Williams, Gomez, and Clottey. I would favor everyone of those fighters over Judah, except Gomez. But thats just me.

No, you are right - I thought for a minute that Malinaggi was at Welter - my bad. Judah is not the key player he once was. Cintron however, was considered to definitive threat, and has handled the loss quite well. I would still want to see more of Clottey to make a sound judgment on him.

However, having said this, I do think that only in hindsight that Quintana doesn't seem to be as great a win, as it seemed then.

Quintana was a good win, and I would say Cotto's best win at WW as I would take him to actually beat Judah. But few would agree with me. He was however a prospect who had only gotten big because he had defeated soundly another prospect, who was regarded as the best prospect at any weight class at the time. In hindsight, Julio is very flawed, and Quintana may have been rushed.

Good assesment as always, kg. As you say, in hindsight, Quintana may have been rushed, but I didn't feel that then. Nothing indicated to me he wasn't ready for it - then again - I was wrong.

Quintana could beat Judah, if he handles the loss well(shakes it off). Judah is done at top lvl to me. He doesn't evolve, or correct his errors(improve his mental ability, and stamina, and energy consumption).

    2. Pacquaio - should beat MAB although it's by no means a sure thing with his hectic schedule.

    3. Taylor - dispatching Pavlik pretty easily before moving up to SMW

    WTF?

Are you a month behind in new zealand or sumfin?:huh
