Hi, I'm pretty new to boxing. I'd like to know what your opinion is of the top 10 p4p boxers of the last 20 years so I can check them out.

    Cheers.

Off the top of my head

    1. Pernell Whitaker
    2. Roy Jones
    3. Julio Cesar Chavez
    4. Evander Holyfield
    5. Bernard Hopkins
    6. Floyd Mayweather
    7. Oscar De La Hoya
    8. Lennox Lewis
    9. Mike McCallum
    10. Felix Trinidad

A lot of these fighters can be switched around a few places though, and several other fighters could replace Trinidad for the #10 spot.

Yeah I got Roy Jones fight collection last week. Can't believe it's the same guy that fought Calzaghe, Jones was awesome in his prime! I guess age catches up with everyone.

I like the list overall. I'd have RJJ first though and I'd make room for Ricardo Lopez

Calzaghe has already cemented his place in the top 10.

haha well actually the first boxing match I watched was Roy Jones V Tito early this year. I've heard he was awesome at welterweight? but I thought he was going up too much to fight at light heavyweight
