You honestly think McFadden is better than Selby? McFadden won't achieve half of what Selby has in the amateur game.
Granted his last two performances haven't been great but still think that he's a mile better than McFadden.
Don't knw what happened that night at the commonwealths, seemed odd to me. McFadden won fair and square granted but I think that was a freak occurrence tbh.
He was injured but tbh I don't think his hearts in the amateur game anymore. I agree, think Joyce may be the only one to get there.
He got injured during that first wsb fight, cheekbone or something along they lines. As I say I don't think he's can be bothered with amateurs anymore, sooner he turns over the better.
He got clearly beat but he was hardly beating the life out him lol. I hear you regarding the power issue but he surely has the talent to make a decent impression I would have thought. I dare say we will find out soon.
I think he had only dropped a couple of rounds in 9 fights previously in wsb, he's deffo good enough to have a decent attempt at the pro game
What's going on with Fred Evans. Don't really keep track of the amateur game but remember he dropped a decision or two in WSB then wasn't allowed in the Commenwealths due to a conviction. Has he boxed in the most recent WSB?
The gb boxers are in a transition period at the moment, entry in wsb has been a total waste of time and money. No one has qualified some of the boxers who feel they won't get picked for the remaining qualifiers will walk away
