    1. Oleksandr Usyk
    2. Chris Byrd
    3. Michael Moorer
    4. Ruslan Chagaev
    5. Corrie Sanders
    6. Sultan Ibragimov
    7. Zhilei Zhang
    8. Luis Ortiz
    9. Tony Thompson
    10. Karl Mildenberger

This is based on resume BTW I found this quite hard in all honesty can maybe some of the other posters make some suggestions how I could improve this list ? I think I have Sanders maybe a tad high but I do rate his win over Wladimir very highly.

I agree with the top 3. I would personally have Sanders above Chagaev because i believe his best win is better than anything Chagaev accomplished.

This list is good with me. It will change very soon with Itauma, Opetaia, Torrez Jr, possibly Jalolov etc. establish themselves.

Jalolov should be rated above Torrez as a prospect for sure

In terms of talent? Sure. But he isn't going anywhere whereas Torrez Jr is trying his best and at least attempting to make progress.

I would possibly put Moorer above Byrd if going with H2H prime for prime, but a pretty solid list in terms of resume.

I actually forgot about him I always associate him more with Cruiserweight though does he have the depth or resume to be top 10 at Heavyweight I don't think so.
