Haitian are doing great. But Jean Pascal probably doesn't remember Haiti, same as Stiverne and Stevenson. Pascal made it to realy high level in ice hockey, which of course is not a national sport in Haiti.

Of course he is. Even any reasonable Pacquiao fan, like myself, has to acknowledge Floyd is elite and an all time great. Like that poster said, he was leaving Floyd out of his post to "keep things interesting". Not sure why though:think

Good list but you forgot the 2 Oleksandr's, Usyk and Gvozdyk in Ukraine. Usyk should be considered elite already.

Argentina's got Heiland, Cuellar, Cuenca, Godoy and Martinez hasn't retired yet

I'm Irish but Mexico gets my vote. Think USA, Cuba, Russia, Argentina, Ukraine all make top 10. Debatable depending on how you calculate. Population? Registered boxers?

Despite not titles as yet, Anthony Joshua deserves a special mention for the UK. He will DOMINATE the heavyweights for the next decade.

Andy Lee is Irish 100%, and Carl Frampton is a world champion aswel, Stephen Ormond is the next best fighter soon to be fighting for a title not O'Sullivan and then you have Jamie Conlan, Marco Mccullough, Paddy Hyland and TJ Doheny all highly ranked with different orgs.
