I notice how you are comparing one small island nation (UK) with only around 50 HWs based in it, compared to several countries on your list.
You have several young HWs coming through in the countries you mentioned and only a small few in the UK and a big difference is that with the young fighters based in the UK, they end up fighting each other, so only one tends to rise up whilst the other is not as fortunate due to being based in the same nation with so few HWs.
Consider if say D Whyte was not based in the UK but say Germany. He may then have not faced a fighter like Joshua so early in his career and could possibly still be undefeated.

Consider how these undefeated fighters had to face another decent undefeated fighter just in the UK alone

    Fury/Chisora
    Joshua/Whyte
    Dubois/Gorman

    next

    Dubois/Joyce

    these are UK derby's

I do think many other HWs in other countries dont get pushed as fast as many tend to in the UK

You have picked some very good prospects but I wonder if a few fights down the line if they will be matched in such risky local fights like the above I mentioned which were British level fights

On a side note, you have made a good interesting thread

I saw his recent fight and honestly he made Joe Joyce look like Gary Russell.

Kazakhstan is partly in Eastern Europe. It's a transcontinental country so it be talked about in European or Asian debates. Their national football team plays in the European Qualifiers for example.

I agree with the list except of overrating Hrgović.
He defends with his Chin which is risky once you lose your resilience.
    See: Kownacki recently

Hrgović took plenty of clean big shots from dead corpses of Molina and Heredia. Had they been better fighters or at least alive :) - he would have been in massive trouble.

How do you see prospects of other regions comparing to guys on the list?

    Dubois **** (highest ceiling)
    Yoka **** (lost momentum)
    Jared Anderson **** (gamble)
    Ajagba *** (poor man's Wilder)
Joyce *** (will have L in the books)
    Kabayel *** (just solid)
    Faure Sanchez *** (age issues)
Fa *** (better amateur than pro)
McKean *** (surprised me last months)
    Zheng ** (meh)

Kadiru and Adeleye and Miljas not enough data

Różański is nothing special. Even in Poland (my home country) nobody think he will mean something big stage.

Weak athletic conditions, skills below average, rely on go-forward attitude with just decent punch power. No stamina to fight full rounds.

The reason why he beat Ugonoh is that Izu was no longer mentally focused on boxing. Ugonoh has tendency to overthink and he questioned idea of fighting and sacrificing health in the ring many times after being KOed by Breazeale.

After Kownacki exposed (Różański is not even in the class od Kownacki) - Poland does not have future in HW.

This small island nation invests probably much more on boxing and amateur programs than all those geographically vast countries altogether.

Mladen Miljas is Croatian name, just like Stipe Miočić,they are originaly Croats,so Eastern Europeans. Hrgović gets a lot of clean shuts because he is aggressive and he is not afraid to take a punch. When he will be First time on the floor,he will be more carefull later, same us Kownacki.
The best prospects from another region are Dubois,Joyce and Yoka, but I think Hrgović would K.O. them all.

Of the guys on the list I believe Makhmudov will have the hardest time getting fights. The contenders will be in duck season with this him.

How can someone who unified a division be considered a prospect?

This is the best U.K fighter , David Adeleye a stronger more skilled version of Dubois.

Box is big business, it's much easier to get a title match for Americans and Britons than for a boxer from smaller countries. The main promoters, the money and the big markets are there. I think the first opportunity to attack the title from the prospect will be the winner of the Joyce-Dubois match.
This is also the main reason why all the best African boxers, as well as from other parts of the world, come to Britain.

A fine list of fighters indeed, although I can’t anyone toppling the Brits in the foreseeable at HW.
