It's 6 the same amount of times Ali lost and Tyson in his last fight beats Ali in his last fight

Good list and I like this approach.

Personally the only changes I'd make would be to move Foreman up to Tier 2 or 3, and perhaps add Dempsey to the 4th tier.

I know people like to dump on Tyson and career wise that's understandable, but on a H2H basis, at his peak, it's hard not to include him in the top 5, in my opinion.

Good list as well. I personally would move Tyson up 5-6 places and Frazier down about the same and remove Johnson for Dempsey, but these are minor differences of opinion. It's hard for me to place the K brothers.

Why? It wasn't a secret. This proves your memory doesn't work
well. Tyson has a long carrier only 5 fighters could beat him.
And what about his wins ?
    - 38 years old Holmes by ko (Only Tyson could knock out him)
    - Spinks by ko (Only Tyson beat him.)
    - The reigning world champion Bruno.(Who beat the Lewis destroyer McCall. This McCall destroyed the unbeaten Lewis in the
    second round.)
-The reigning world champion Berbick by ko .
    - The reigning world champion unbeaten Tucker by UD (for the undisputed champion title)
    - Smith reigning world champion by ud
    - Seldon reigning world champion by ko
    - Pinklon Thomas who was world champion by ko (Tyson was the
    first who knocked him out.
    - Tony Tubbs who was world champion by ko( Tyson was the first
    who knocked him out)
    - Bruno by ko ( A future champion)
    - Unbeaten Biggs by ko (Who was olympic champion and beat Lewis in amateur)
    - Prime Ruddock by ko and ud
    - Tillman by ko (Who was olympic champion)
    - Ratliff by ko (Who was cruiserweight world champion)
And other wins:Carl Williams by ko,Ferguson by ko,Ribalta by ko,Marvis Frazier by ko, Alex Stewart by ko,Botha by ko,Nielsen by ko and the list can go on...

Plus Tyson won much more undisputed title fights than Lewis .
Tyson is the youngest heavyweight world champion ever.
I think lots of fighter's dream is a similar carrier list.

Wow, I had forgotten how ****py Tyson's opponents were. Let's see, you got "lay down" Shelton, "scared ****less" Spinks, and "fearful" Frazier among the might Tyson conquests. And poor old Tyson took about a 1/2 hour longer to stop Ruddock as Lewis did. And while Tyson seems to be able to beat the odd Olympic champion, the poor sod never really had the right stuff to become Olympic champion himself. Did he even make the team?

The way i see it is this - H2H he wasn't good enough to beat Purrity , Sanders , Williamson, Brewster.

He has not beaten anybody who are better than those guys so why should he be favorite to beat any other all time greats?

That's why he will never fight Pulev. Pulev is better than those guys, he'll cut Wlad to pieces with his jab, and too big to be bullied. The fight will not happen!

And decades from now, when the hype that always surrounds current heavyweight champs has subsided, you will be known as a Prophet!

It's admittedly a close call. Let's see, Ali, Lewis, Liston, Tyson, Foreman, Vitali, Holmes

Who gets removed to put him at number 5?

The one guy not removable on this list given their respective size and talent, would be Lewis.

    Vitali, Holmes and ?

Are people smart enough to know that Head to Head unless otherwise specificed means a peak version and that losses which are non-peak, either earlier or very late in the career, really don't have much of an impact?

Perhaps not easily, but arguably for sure.
