Louis was better above 200lbs imo
There's no way Marciano is any less than 2. And his résumé below 200lbs shits over Holyfield's. Anyway, this is imo H2H.

Could change a few and that’s the basic order I’d put em in maybe I could be convinced to move Usyk and Jones around

I don't think Usyk would be making 200lbs same day weigh ins, and if he did he wouldn't be fighting very well

Noticing a distinct lack of Jersey Joe Walcott on your list

Could Holyfield even make 200 on the same day?

I don't think so, I've always believed that same days weigh ins ended in the early to mid 80s, but either way I imagine Holy in 85/86 could cut from his walk around weight (which can't have been more than 210) to 200

Holyfield weighed 202 for his heavyweight debut against James Tillis. Yes he could make 200

Louis doesn't belong in the list and Marciano should be at the top.

I don't think the Holyfield that weighed in the 190's would far well against Louis,Dempsey and Marciano

I tend to think the same, but when you're talking about fighters with intangibles like these guys you'd actually have to see the fight to know for sure.
