    You got Hopkins on that list ,there is no way Hopkins belongs on that list when he became a pro in what 88 same with. Toney..And beating Ruiz is better than most of the wins than the guys on that list imo

    Hopkins' signature win was versus Trinidad in 2001. Many also argue that was his prime. All of his best wins other than glen Johnson have come in the 21st century . The same can't be said for rjj and Toney.

    Your criteria still isn't very clear. i.e Ricardo Lopez had 2 fights in 21st century, but the majority of his fights in the 20th century. Is he allowed to be included? Since it seems from your comment we're looking at overall greatness here, why do you have Calzaghe over Mayweather and Pacquiao? That does not make sense, as well as a lot of the other names you put.
