Chisora got smashed many time now, we can't reward guys coming off losses...H Fury coming of a loss, but close fight (not a great performance though so he stays #13), Tony Bellew is now a real top Heavyweight riding a 9-0 win streak, so we have to accept that until proven otherwise

    fixed

    IBF Champion Anthony Joshua
    WBA Champion Anthony Joshua
    WBC Champion Deontay Wilder
    WBO Champion Joseph Parker

    01) 27-0-0 (KO 23) Luis Ortiz
    02) 32-1-0 (KO 23) Alexander Povetkin
    03) 22-1-0 (KO 16) Dillian Whyte
    04) 25-1-0 (KO 13) Kubrat Pulev
    05) 29-2-1 (KO 19) Tony Bellew
    06) 20-0-1 (KO 18) Jarrel Miller
    07) 16-0-0 (KO 13) Adam Kownacki
    08) 25-0-0 (KO 22) Lucas Browne
    09) 17-0-0 (KO 12) Agit Kabayel
    10) 19-0-0 (KO 19) Junlong Zhang
    11) 36-4-0 (KO 23) Johann Duhaupas

    #16?

Who do you believe should be out of the Top 15 to allow space for Fujimoto, he does have that 12-0 Win streak (although vs mostly unranked boxers)

Bellew 9-0 win streak, involves title fights & a big win vs Haye

Honestly I think a few green HW's would knock him out but they can't be ranked on paper yet in the top 15.

Dubois, Gorman, Izu, Joyce , Hrgovic , Sirenko , would all beat him. They would very well beat many guys on that list right now.

If I had to take someone out and put Fujimoto in? I think Charr is terrible. I can beat Charr.

Of course my list looks totally different BC I rank by skills and head to head...

The division needs to be sorted out.

I'd like to see matchups in 2018 between the boxers listed in the opening post.

Fights like Miller-Ruiz, Whyte-Kabayel, Kownacki-H Fury, and Zhang-Charr would be okay.

Charr must be in high demand right now by the other heavyweights as the easiest way to win a title.

Cool so I have Fujimoto correctly at the #16 borderline, I can't assume he will lose to any of these prospects..As I am not sure how good they are & its been ages since Fujimoto lost. So he is a new fighter now, riding a long undefeated win streak.

As of Charr, he beat 34-1 Ustinov in a fight he was supposed to lose (2 years prior he survived 4 bullets in one of Ahmet Oner favorite Kebab joints), Charr has the WBA regular belt so he is definitely in the Top 15. He wants to fight Joshua next, but Zhang & other hungry Lions are looking to get a shot at his WBA regular Heavyweight belt, as he is limited, older & can't be any better after the surgeries to fix his tummy & hip

He is solid, but he is coming of 3 losses, he got enough shots, he needs to beat one of the names you mentioned to get back in the Top 15. (Agit & Browne) are undefeated solid heavyweights what makes you think Takam would beat them?!

    Tyson Fury
    Joshua
Ruiz - I had Ruiz beating Parker, he is going up the ladder soon, look out. POVETKIN FOR SURE!
    Ortiz
    Parker
    Takam----------------------Miller
    Whyte
Usyk, when he moves up he will make a lot of noise
Wilder? If Nichols and Sconiers do not knock him out! LOL! Wilder has never fought a legit fighter in his entire fake career.
    Hughie Fury
    Sirenko
Several other Eastern European heavyweights coming up soon, to be announced.................
Breazeale should not be mentioned at all.................Sirenko would knock Wilder out now, this early in his career.................

Lomachenko needs to put a couple of rocks in his pockets so he can make the list.

The division is very poor right now.

    Joshua
    Povetkin
    Parker
    Wilder
    Ortiz
    Pulev
    Ruiz Jr
    Takam
    Whyte
    Browne

If Tyson Fury returns I would place him 3rd after Joshua and Povetkin only because of inactivity for so long and out of the ring issues.
