I also don't think Hrgovic should be higher than Zhang. Zhang has the better win on his record, and Hrgovic was not a clear winner vs Zhang, it was a close fight that could have gone either way, Zhang may have easily gotten a draw and if they had a rematch Zhang could definitely win, where as Zhang clearly beat Joyce, and I think Joyce could definitely beat Hrgovic.
