Nah, Henderson was a very good fighter but Frank was special, Hendo was not, Frank would whoop Hendo`s ass.
Listen..... I give GSP his due, he barely missed out my top 10 ALL ****IN TIME list & your freaking out ? :huh I rank GSP currently no2 p4p after Fedor (please dont say who`s Fedor) but as you know, that **** can change fight by fight. Penn is already the greatest LWT fighter in MMA history & has spent more yrs in the game fighting the elite, just because GSP - a bigger CHAMPION - beat him, doesnt mean he automatically edges him out. Lets see who is more dominant in their own divisions & better still, lets see if GSP does as well IF he steps up to fight MWT champion Anderson Silva, its the same thing & dont even try & say it isnt, BJ is a natural 155 lber, GSP deserves full credit for doing what he did to a fighter like Penn... but lets not get carried away & stop sucking the **** of GSP, he still has a bit to do. If he retired now, he IS NOT top 10 all time, thats the truth. :thumbsup
Yea, ok. Because Frank achieved so much more than Hendo and beat such better competition... This isn't even an argument. Hendo has been a much more accomplished fighter.
I think it was Rickson Gracie who claimed to be 400-0 in underground brawls. I find it to be bull****, wheres the proof? Outside of him, that list is fine.
I don't know if he beat 400-0 but he beat everyone he ever fought in Rio legends and Vale tudo, if somone would have beated him you would have knon. when Rikson fought no one could beat him because of his awsome bbj style that at the time was pretty much a secret. but now everyone knows it and Rikson would find it much more difficult to compete because everyone else has a more complete style.

That was said 2 be a complied list of all his training and sparring sessions included. "Hélio Gracie disputes Rickson's claim to have had over 400 fights. According to Hélio, Rickson has only competed in fights that are commonly known and reported: the two against Rei Zulu and those that took place in Japan. Hélio alleges that Rickson uses practice and amateur bouts to obtain a number over 400, and that if he counted his fights like Rickson does, he would have in excess of one million" Rickson has at least one loss — from the 1993 U.S. Sambo Championships in Norman, Oklahoma, where he was defeated by American Ron Tripp by Total Victory via uchi-mata in 45 seconds. Rickson disputed this loss, claiming he was misinformed of the rules of the even
Horn was knee-barred by Frank Shamrock in 1998 or 99 so Frank can take his place & no list should have Royce & not Rickson who is superior at both BJJ & real fights.
