No, its 400 fights including street fights, nhb/mma tournaments & single fights, BJJ matches, wrestling matches, judo matches, sambo matches.

Rickson used to enter all those different style tourneys following their rules & still win because of the greatness of his BJJ/grappling.

Thats why he is so much better than the other Gracie`s, he was a great wrestler too & hard to out-wrestle where as the other Gracie`s are happy to work from their back, Rickson always tried hard for top position.

He also said.... no matter how much you believe in your own art (BJJ), never underestimate the strengths of the other arts, they are all dangerous. Thats why he tested himself & found out about wrestling, judo, sambo etc, so he could learn their style.

Rickson Gracie is a deluded person It's easy to say that Fedor has plenty of holes in his game and that he could beat him. Yeah, right fool.

Yep easily because he has a so-so technical ability and that he know he could beat him, even today.
He is a *****, he was saying too that he would beat easily the best competition because of their ability:patsch:patsch:patsch

Fedor would stop him even if Rickson is 20,30,40 or 50 years old.

I'll put Rampage Jackson over Ken Shamrock any day of the week.

Rampage, if he go and beat Jardine, Evans, Machida and another great contender, he could end up as the GOAT of 205.

GSP is too high AT THE MOMENT in an all time list.
Rickson is higher than Royce in both MMA & BJJ.
Sakuraba & Wanderlei should be higher up.

Agreed, especially if that other great contender is a revenge win over Shogun.

Rampage would beat Fedor and Brock.

Clearly he would have iced Couture as well.

A couple of truths regarding my post.

    1. I was never aware until I clicked on the video that it was a submission only match and I KNEW you were going to kick my ass for that one:D I only saw the highlights of it before.

    2. I am a hugely biased Frank Shamrock fan and will believe until the day I die that Frank in his prime could take Hendo. You may be right and you can make a afairly good argument for Hendo winning, as I am a knowledgeble MMA fan following the sport since 1997 but my bias is huge on this one.

Frank was a shootfighting submission expert and not a BJJ practitioner btw;)

Rickson had a non existant MMA career beating up pro wrestlers. Royce beat the #1 pre UFC fighter, the best wrestler in MMA, and actually had the nuts to take tough fights.

Rampage is beginning his climb to at least # 2 pound for pound fighter this weekend...
