How much do you factor H2H. Dig your list. Would only say Liston is too high. No pre-1930's HW is not a biggy but it would require explaining for the old-timers.
H2H/dominance is something I weigh about 35-40 percent. I find it hard to rate Johnson/Jeffries/Langford etc. due to the differences in boxing between than and now (namely fighting a LOT more as well as the rule differences and obvious physical disadvantages). But at the same time they do have a solid case for top ten status. Basically, the more I learn about boxing the less I like making lists
